Starting Over

It’s never too late to make healthy choices. You can still decide to stop sexual activity, even if you have already had sex or have engaged in other forms of sexual stimulation. Many teens realize they weren’t ready for sex and choose secondary virginity.

Making the decision to start over is the hardest part. Your decision to choose abstinence shows others that you respect yourself and value your well-being. It demonstrates to your friends that you have self-control and that you care enough about your future to save sex for the right time, marriage.
